Trita Parsi is an expert on US-Iranian relations, Iranian foreign politics, and the geopolitics of the Middle East. He has authored three books on US foreign policy in the Middle East, with a particular focus on Iran and Israel. Rouzbeh Parsi wrote his PhD thesis about modernity, nationalism and gender in Iran between the two world wars. He is the co-founder of the European Middle East Research Group, a network of Middle East scholars and policy experts in Europe.
