At least three people were killed and a dozen wounded on Monday at a bombing in a mosque in Saudi Arabia's southern Najran region bordering Yemen, a Saudi news channel has reported.
The explosion targeted worshippers at the city's Mashhad mosque, in the southwest district, al-Arabiya reported.
Few details about the attack are yet available, however the Islamic State group has been associated with a string of attacks against Shia mosques in the kingdom over the past year.
