Rihanna calls on fans to donate to Beirut explosion victims
The Barbadian singer and beauty mogul directed fans towards fundraisers for the Save the Children and Impact Lebanon.

Pop superstar Rihanna has urged fans to donate to victims of last week's deadly explosion in Beirut.
"Beirut has recently experienced a very devastating explosion that has left many people dead, injured, displaced from homes, families sleeping in the streets with their children and hospitals overcrowded due to the influx of injured patients seeking immediate medical attention paired with the damage many of the hospital buildings have endured!" Rihanna said in a Tweet on Thursday.
More than 200 people were killed and thousands injured when the blast ripped through the Lebanese capital on August 4, damaging or detroying tens of thousands of buildings and leaving an estimated 300,000 homeless.
The Fenty owner directed fans to fundraisers for four organisations involved in the relief efforts.
One JustGiving fundraiser for Impact Lebanon - an organisation that began as a WhatsApp group among Lebanese expats in London - has gathered nearly £6 million ($7.8 million) in donations since last week.
Rihanna, who also runs the Clara Lionel Foundation charity, also called on fans to donate to Save the Children, Preemptive Love and the Sadalsuud Foundation, a nonprofit that provides support and education to Syrian and Lebanese women and children.
Last year, the "We Found Love" singer voiced support for protesters in Sudan after more than 120 demonstrators were killed in the violent disepersal of a protest camp.
"They have a right to speak out and demand peace, justice and a transition to civilian rule. Over 100 were killed & hundreds more were wounded during the June 3rd protests," Rihanna said at the time.
"Military rulers need to be held accountable. Praying for no more killings or abuse today."
