Turkey's President Erdogan has visited Kuwait to offer condolences on the death of Emir Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah before continuing to Qatar to meet with Emir Tamim bin Hamad.

The talks covered defence and security training programmes under a deal signed by Tripoli and Ankara in November last year, a statement said.
