On Saturday night, the Israeli occupying forces arrested three Palestinian brothers after raiding their home in the Jerusalem neighbourhood of al-Isawiya, local sources said.

The brothers were identified as Belal, Mohammad and Sultan Abu-Al-Hummus, local media reported. They were reportedly beaten up by Israeli officers and at least one of them "needed hospitalisation as a result of the beating", Palestinian news agency Wafa reported.

A fourth brother of the three siblings was also briefly detained by the Israeli forces before being released.

The occupied Jerusalem neighbourhood witnessed violence over the last four days against the backdrop of the ongoing Israeli violations of human rights, including the demolition of Palestinian homes in the city.
