Six people, including four children, were killed and dozens wounded after Syrian regime fire hit west of Syria's capital Damascus on Saturday, local sources told The New Arab.
It comes after another bloody day in Syria's war, where regime bombing and fighting left 121 dead, including 18 women and 19 children according to the Local Coordination Committee.

"Fire from Syrian forces' tanks killed two media activists who were covering the regime bombardment in Ghouta, western Damascus," media activist Diaa Asoud told The New Arab. "A number of civilians were injured in the attack."
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said some of the wounded are in critical condition.
As President Bashar al-Assad's forces fought to recapture rebel-held areas west of Damascus, they "fired on houses in the village of Kafir al-Awameed, killing three children", Ashoud said.
"A child also died from wounds sustained on Friday after regime air raids hit the besieged city of Darya," he added.
The Syrian Observatory also reported of regime airstrikes on western Deir ez-Zor.
"[Syrian] warplanes carried out air raids targeting areas in the town of al-Tebni - western Deir ez-Zor, killing at least 10 people, including two women and several children," the group said.
More than sixty civilians, including at least 10 children, were killed in a series of air raids on rebel-held areas across Syria this week.
Meanwhile, rebel group Jaish al-Mujahideen said on Twitter its forces killed more than 20 regime soldiers during clashes on the suburbs of al-Khaledeya neighbourhood Western Aleppo on Saturday.
The Islamist group, formerly a sub-unit in al-Nusra Front, said it launched a surprise assault on regime forces in the outskirts of al-Khaledeya neighbourhood.
Two Syrian regime pilots were killed after Islamic State group militants shot down their war plane in eastern Homs, the group's news agency Amaq said, without giving further details.
The group claimed to have downed six warplanes in the past month, including Russian and US-led coalition jets.
