2.2 Million Gazans isolated from world: telecommunications in Gaza suffer complete Israel blackout

On Friday telecommunications providers in Gaza suffered a complete disruption of all services after heavy Israeli bombing destroyed their last remaining infrastructure connecting it to the global internet.

Communications and internet services in the Gaza Strip were completely cut off as a result of heavy Israeli bombing of feeder lines, towers and networks, a service provider said.
