Pro-Palestine activists in Biden's ancestral home in Ireland: 'You've betrayed your Irish ancestors'

Speaking from Carlingford, Ireland - the ancestral country of Joe Biden - a group of Irish pro-Palestine activists led by Deirdre Linde posted a video message for the US President voicing disapproval of his administration's pro-Israel policies and its role in allowing Israeli forces to carry out a relentless military onslaught on the Gaza Strip.

The video was first posted early last week, but it went viral over the weekend as Ireland and Irish people around the world celebrated St Patrick's Day on Sunday. Israel's military assault on Gaza has displaced nearly its entire 2.3 million population, caused a starvation crisis, flattened most of the enclave, killed over 31,000 people, and led to accusations of genocide being probed in the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
